Dir Salon Furniture – Shipping Policy
Dir Salon Furniture attempts to ship
within 48 hours after your order is processed(Special Orders will ship within
the agreed time at the time of ordering). Whenever possible, we will ship via
UPS Ground. Some products are too large or heavy for UPS and will require
contracting a Freight Carrier. Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the
customer. When your order contains one or more overweight and oversize product,
then a Freight Carrier will be needed, at most times, your products will be put
on pallets. We will contact you with the shipping costs. All freight is
delivered curbside, with require of a signature. Extraordinary delivery
requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. If you would

CURBSIDE DELIVERY SERVICE:
Curbside delivery service provides
delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service
does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal. The delivery terminal
will contact you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window. Dir will recommend and may sometimes
require lift gates for larger items for an additional charge(require by the
Freight Carrier). Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be
required to sign a delivery receipt or freight bill. Please note any damage to
the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to
damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt. A signature is
required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without
a signed delivery receipt. All damage and missing items must be reported within
24 hours after receipt of merchandise to the freight company and DIR.
Free Shipping On Orders Over
$2,500.00:
Free shipping on order over $2,500.00 only applies to business addresses within the continental U.S., Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are subject to additional handling and shipping charges. A valid Business Address must be provided in order to receive Free Shipping, Residential Addresses, Schools, Hospitals and Churches are not included in the Free Shipping Offer.

NO C.O.D SHIPPING:
We do not ship Credit/Cash On
Delivery. All purchases must be paid for 100% prior to shipping.
REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT:
The customer will be held
responsible for Shipping Charges (shipping charges to the customer and return
shipping charges) and subject to a 25% Restocking Fee for orders that are
refused at the time of delivery or returned because the customer was not at the
delivery location to receive the items.
Shipping Damage or Shortage:
For Your Protection: When you accept
your shipment from the Freight Company, you are acknowledging that the
article(s) were delivered to you in GOOD CONDITION AND PROPERLY PACKED. Should
you notice any Damage upon receipt (visible or concealed), (1) have the
delivery person note on the freight bill the nature and extent of damages (2)
notify the Freight Company's Office to inspect merchandise (3) file a claim for
damage at once {in filing a claim, you may make a cash adjustment with the
Freight Company for full value, arrange to have repairs made, or replace
merchandise} (4) if the damage is unnoticed until merchandise is unpacked,
notify the Freight Company's Office immediately and ask to have it inspected,
and (5) do not destroy packing material until shipment is inspected and the
claim is settled. If the shipment delivered to you is Not in accordance with
the quantity of cartons as shown on your receipt, do not accept it until such
shortages are noted on the Freight Bill and Bill of Lading. ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS
should be filed immediately with the Freight Company's Office that makes
delivery to your door. Claims for loss MUST NOT be deducted from our invoice,
nor deferring of payment while waiting adjustments of such claims.
Returns & Exchanges:
New Dir Salon Furniture merchandise
may be returned for a refund within 15 days of receipt. ALL Special Order Color
& Materials are not returnable and/or non-refundable. Other drop ship
products are restricted to their own return policies. Return requests MUST be
approved in advance and are subject to a 35% restocking fee (if not returned in
original packaging and condition, the re-stocking fee will be greater than 35%)
plus shipping charges (both directions will be billed to the buyer). Products
must be returned in their original packaging - in Like New condition. Refunds
are contingent upon Dir Salon Furniture Inspection and approval. All credits
will be issued to the original method of payment used (i.e. credit card, store
credit, check, etc.).Special Order items are NOT returnable
