DIR Salon Furniture attempts to ship within 48 hours after your order is processed (Special Orders will ship within the agreed time at the time of ordering).
Ground Shipping
Our small packages less than 80 lbs are shipped via FedEx Ground. FedEx typically deliver to the door of your residence or inside your business.
Freight Shipments
Large or Heavy items will be packaged and shrink wrapped/strapped onto wooden pallets to be delivered via Freight to ensure safe arrival to your business. Delivery Notification and Lift-Gate Delivery is included with your shipping. Please do note that all deliveries are done Curbside with require of a signature and will NOT be brought inside your business or residence. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier.
Free Shipping On Orders Over $4,500
Free shipping on orders over $4,500 applies to all physical addresses within the continental U.S., Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are subject to additional handling and shipping charges. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

We do not ship Credit/Cash on Delivery. All purchases must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
New DIR Salon Furniture merchandise may be returned for a refund within 15 days of receipt. ALL Special Order Color & Materials are not returnable and/or non-refundable. Other drop ship products are restricted to their own return policies. Return requests MUST be approved in advance and are subject to a 35% restocking fee (if not returned in original packaging and condition, the re-stocking fee will be greater than 35%) plus shipping charges (both directions will be billed to the buyer). Products must be returned in their original packaging - in Like New condition. Refunds are contingent upon Dir Salon Furniture Inspection and approval. All credits will be issued to the original method of payment used (i.e. credit card, store credit, check, etc.).Special Order Items are NOT Returnable
